Our free shipping promotion is only available if you live in the United States. If you decide to pay for shipping within the United States please note that the shipping time does not include processing time or weekends and holidays. We can only guarantee a specific delivery date if one day shipping is selected at checkout.
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any rush orders placed during those times will be shipped on the next business day.
Before completing your order, please double check that your shipping address is correct.
For international delivery purposes, please enter your address using English letters. If an incorrect address is provided, any resulting delays or extra shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
Processing time for international orders is 5–7 business days. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination
Our company is based in the United States. If you are located internationally any additional fees or charges inquired by the shipping company or your country after your package leaves our facility is your responsibility. We cannot refund any additional charges that your country or the shipping company charges.
If any of our Hammer Products are damaged during transit please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your package is undeliverable or refused we cannot issue a refund until the package has been received back to Longball Sports.
