Our free shipping promotion is only available if you live in the United States. If you decide to pay for shipping within the United States please note that the shipping time does not include processing time or weekends and holidays. 

If any of our Hammer Products are damaged during transit please notify us within 3 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Our company is based in the United States. If you are located internationally any additional fees or charges inquired by the shipping company or your country after your package leaves our facility is your responsibility. We cannot refund any additional charges that your country or the shipping company charges.

If your package is undeliverable or refused we cannot issue a refund until the package has been received back to Longball Sports.
