With a return rate of less than 1%, we are confident you will love our Hammer Products. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will accept returns in accordance with our return policy.

We stand behind our Hammer Products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be requested within 90 days of the original order date. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Returns received without an RA number may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost paid by Longball Sports will be deducted from any refund.

Products returned in new, unused condition are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges. Any product showing signs of use, including range or course use, ball marks, scratches, wear, or other evidence of use, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Products that, in the sole discretion of Longball Sports, show excessive wear, damage, alterations, modifications, or conditions that materially reduce their resale value may be subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 20%.

All returns are inspected upon receipt, and refunds are issued after inspection and approval. Refund amounts will be reduced by any applicable shipping charges and restocking fees.

Discounted, clearance, promotional, custom built, pre-owned, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund. All sales of pre-owned products are final.

The Hammer Secret Golf Lesson and all other digital products are non-refundable due to their digital nature and immediate delivery.
