Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Customer must pay for the return shipping. If your order qualified for free shipping you will not be refunded the amount Longball Sports paid to ship your items to you. The 90 day money back guarantee does not include any shipping or handling charges and the product must be returned without being used in order to be eligible for the full money back guarantee. If the product is beyond used or scratched and not able to be resold then an additional 20% restocking fee will be applied.
